1. What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: No strict MOQ. We can handle anything from one-off prototypes to large-scale production runs.
2. How do I place an order?
A: Just send us your 3D files (STEP, IGS, STL, etc.), let us know the quantity and material, and we’ll provide a quote. Once confirmed, we’ll start production.
3. How long does it take to get a quote?
A: Typically, we’ll send a product quote within 48h of receiving an inquiry with all the necessary details.
4. How long is the lead time?
A: Prototypes usually take 7-10 days. For mass production, it’s typically 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and volume. Rush orders can be prioritized.
5. Which file formats do you accept?
A: We accept STEP, STP, SLDPRT, STL, DXF, IPT , X_T, X_B, 3DXML, CATPART, PRT, SAT, 3MF and JT files drawings. Just upload your CAD file and we’ll handle the rest.
6. What payment methods do you support?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and wire transfer. For long-term partners, net terms can be discussed.
7. Can I order a sample before mass production?
A: Of course. Most of our clients prefer to test samples first before moving to large batches.
8. What if the parts don’t meet my requirements?
A: We follow strict QC procedures. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll remake or refund to ensure your satisfaction.
9: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do. Small orders usually go by DHL/UPS/FedEx, while bulk orders can be shipped by air or sea.
10: Will you keep my design confidential?
A: Absolutely. Signing an NDA is standard practice for us, and we regularly handle patented products for clients.
11: Can you provide invoices and customs documents?
A: Yes, we provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for smooth customs clearance.
12. What is your quality control system?
We can provide various test certificates, material, and dimensional inspections, and more.
13. How can I enjoy OEM service?
We typically provide technical suggestions based on your design drawings or original samples. We then provide you with a quote. Upon your approval, we will manufacture your product.
